Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Refund/exchange eligibility:

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since delivery of your order, we can’t guarantee offering you full refund or exchange.
Items made to specific order request are not covered under our return policy (unless clear defect is found).
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging if it was provided with one.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless product comes with clear manufacturer’s warranty.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Late or missing parcels:

Please note that we can not guarantee rigid delivery dates in current situation. If you believe that your parcel might be delayed or lost in transit, please email us (info@koboldcustoms.com) and we will be happy to investigate the issue further.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again – especially card payment refunds will appear as coming from payment processor instead of our account.

Next contact your bank – there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How to begin return/refund procedure

If you would like to make a return please write to: info@koboldcustoms.com

In your email, please specify order number and what items you would like to return. We will reply to you with information on how to perform return of goods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a transfer will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment.
